Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 6 November 2026
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit AIProfitBoardroom.ai ("Site").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as:
- Name;
- Email address;
- Any information submitted via contact forms or opt-in forms.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our Site, we may automatically collect certain information such as:
- IP address;
- Browser type and version;
- Device type;
- Pages visited and time spent on each page;
- Referring URLs;
- Cookie and usage data.
We may use tools like Google Analytics and similar services to collect and analyse this data.
1.3 Guide sign-up source
When you ask for the free guide, the sign-up includes the page you submitted it on and which form you used. If that page's address still shows a campaign tag (for example utm_source), or your browser still names the site that linked there, we include a shortened version in the notification we send ourselves: the tag values, and the referring site's domain, plus its path when the browser still sends one. Browsers usually omit that path on a cross-site visit. The query string is never kept, so a referring link cannot carry an email address or a long tracking address into that notification.
If you have chosen Accept on the cookie banner, we also keep that landing page, those campaign tags and the shortened referrer in session storage for the rest of that browser tab. A guide sign-up on a later page of this site can then name the page you arrived on. If you choose Reject, or you have not chosen yet, we do not store it. If you then open another page before signing up, the original source is recorded as unknown. We do not guess a channel, and we do not label that visit as direct.
The sign-up notification does not include your IP address. Your email address is not added to analytics events or to website addresses. We do not build a fingerprint from this note.
2. How We Use Your Information
We may use the information we collect to:
- Operate and maintain the Site;
- Improve user experience and content;
- Respond to your messages or enquiries;
- Send email updates, resources, and promotional content (if you opt in);
- See which page and campaign a guide sign-up came from, when that was actually observed;
- Provide bonuses, downloads, or training you've requested;
- Monitor and analyse usage and trends;
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Email Marketing
If you subscribe to our email list, you agree to receive communications that may include:

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to:
- Improve site performance and functionality;
- Analyse traffic and user behaviour;
- Track affiliate link performance and attribution;
- Remember the first page, campaign tags and a shortened referrer for a guide sign-up, only after you accept, and only for that browser tab.
- Personalise content where applicable.
You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings. However, some features of the Site may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
5. Data Protection and Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
